MYO Rising Leaders Internship Program Application

___________________________________________________________________________________________

Congratulations!

You have been selected to apply for the MYO Rising Leaders Internship Program—a groundbreaking initiative launching for the first time in our Eparchy!

As you know, the MYO has long served as a cornerstone for the spiritual, cultural, and communal development of our Maronite youth. Through retreats, service projects, conferences, and parish-based activities, thousands of young people have deepened their faith, built lasting friendships, and grown in their commitment to Jesus Christ and His Church.

To continue this mission beyond high school, we are excited to introduce a new pilot program specifically designed for college-aged young adults. The MYO Rising Leaders Internship Program will offer a structured pathway for participants to remain engaged in the life of the MYO, utilize their talents and experiences in service to others, and develop valuable leadership skills through mentorship, project planning, and active participation at the Eparchial level.

This internship aims to:

  • Strengthen the bridge between high school MYO participation and adult involvement in the Church

  • Empower young adults to take on leadership roles within the MYO and beyond

  • Provide hands-on experience in youth ministry, event organization, and pastoral collaboration

  • Cultivate a deeper sense of vocation, service, and identity as young Maronite Catholics

Up to four college students will be selected to join the first cohort of interns. Eligible applicants must be current sophomores, juniors, or seniors in college, enthusiastic about their faith, and committed to contributing meaningfully to the MYO mission.
